All items brought on this site with ‘salvage’ include free shipping as standard. This service will vary based on the weight and size of the order. Please be aware that we use a a wide range of courier services so the estimated time for your order to arrive can range from 3 – 10 working days, though typically most orders are fulfilled within 5 working days.

Unfortunately at this time we do not have the option for you to ‘upgrade’ shipping due to the nature of how we are set up. We may, in the future add an option to upgrading shipping at the cost of additional salvage, but for now we are stuck with what we have.

For digital goods, e.g. vouchers – no shipping is required, these will be emailed to you automatically once we have processed the request. Please allow 2 – 3 working days for us to do so.

If your order does not arrive or is delayed / late please contact us directly and we will look into this for you. Please be aware that we will only ever offer a ‘salvage’ refund for damaged or lost goods. if you change your mind, or place an order by mistake you may contact us (if order has not been dispatched) and we will cancel / refund your salvage points. However we will not be able to do this once an order has been dispatched so please make sure you are ordering the correct thing before placing your order.
